You can quickly identify basic network issues by starting a PingPlotter trace to a reliable target (such as ). If so, this is most likely the cause of your issue. If you have not already, check Zoom’s service status page to see if they are currently experiencing any known downtime. However, you can still target some of their IPs to show what your route to Zoom’s servers currently looks like. It's important to note: Zoom’s servers do not directly respond to ping/traceroute.
